Last year I planted a Peace Rose and it had two beautiful blooms. This year I am hopeful for more blooms. As I took a closer look, I saw three right away, and thought to myself, wouldn't it be nice to get ten this year. So I look for more. To my pleasant surprise, there are now nine buds. Sitting outside being present as evening grows dark, listening to some beautiful instrumental music - peaceful and restful. May all be blessed this night with peace and rest. Nature Photography & Art from The Heart I find it easy to Enjoy the Journey as I take a quiet hike along the Wesley Branch Trail at the North Carolina Arboretum in Asheville, just off the Blue Ridge Parkway.⁠ My morning walk by lake, just before a light rain shower, was relaxing, refreshing, and restorative. I chose to convert my photo into a waterpixel version to represent a peaceful and memorable moment.⁠ Butterfly Days⁠
